THE PEAR building is available for Wedding and Non-Wedding events.  The Pear currently can accommodate 25-30 seated at tables.

Half-day rental is from 8:00AM- 1:00PM or 1:00-9:00PM

Half-Day Options:
Table and Chair Setup (Ceremony and Reception)- $50

Table and Chair Takedown and Cleaning- $50

Onsite Staff to Assist with Event- $100

Linens, Overlays and Runners for 4 Round Tables and 2 Rectangular Tables- $100

 

Full-Day Options:
Table and Chair Setup (Ceremony and Reception)- $50

Table and Chair Takedown and Cleaning- $50

NON FORMAL EVENTS

For our clients who are looking for a space for an event other than a wedding, please email ThePearPlace@hotmail.com for specific pricing. Hourly pricing ranges from $100-$200/hr. Thank you!



****Renovations are underway on our largest building The Peach, which will seat 100+ people at tables.  Stay tuned for availability in late 2022
